INKED MAGAZINE / ISSUE 4 / 2024
Adorning the cover of this issue of Inked is country music superstar, military veteran advocate, and Southern Grind business owner Zac Brown. Through the years, the Zac Brown Band barometer has risen from the cherished “Chicken Fried” to “Heavy is the Head” and “Same Boat,” and Brown and the band are currently making waves with a new EP: “No Wake Zone.”
Through his Camp Southern Ground program, the extensively tatted father of five has helped America’s youth and veterans reconcile their pasts and navigate their futures at a 400-acre property in Georgia. Having collaborated with some of music’s biggest stars, such as Chris Cornell, Steven Tyler, Jimmy Buffet, and Sheryl Crow, this issue’s cover celebrity considers the past and looks toward the future.
With the onslaught of internet based tattoo searching we thought it would be nice to have an actual physical tattoo magazine. However, this magazine just isn’t it. Way too much social commentary and barely any focus on tattoos. I will most likely try another magazine after our subscription is up. This magazine may be for some but I personally would like to see more tattoos. With all the tattoo shops in America, and the magazine only coming out with 4 issues a month, this thing should be loaded with tattoos.
